Features
- PLC control, supporting free switch between straight mode and NG/OK sorting mode.
- Adopts belt and roller conveying structure for stable transmission and anti-drop performance.
- Motor lifting buffer design, storing 1–5 NG PCBs.
- Built-in standard SMEMA interface for inline connection with other SMT equipment.
- Track 1 fixed; Track 2/3/4 movable. 1–4 track overall width: 686 mm; 2–3 track spacing: 86 mm.
Description
Applied after SPI/AOI/X-Ray inspection on SMT dual-track lines. It buffers NG PCBs and passes OK PCBs to the next process via equipment NG/OK signals.
